Beg/Int Modern is a gentle movement class open to all; absolute beginners welcome. Drawing from traditional and contemporary forms, we will warm ourselves and practice full, unapologetic embodiment from the comfort and constraints of our own homes. Class will include phrasework, improvisation, and follow-along exercises to help us cultivate buoyant, adaptive bodies. We will sweat, stretch, and condition. You can leave your video on or off!
