Discover the Joy of Movement with the SCDT Youth Program!
The SCDT Youth Program is an innovative dance training experience designed for ages 3–18. Our dynamic classes blend creative exploration with foundational technique, offering a fun and supportive environment where young dancers thrive. Through movement games, modern dance, ballet fundamentals, and improvisation, students build skills and confidence. Every class includes dance making—collaborative choreography that gives students the chance to create and perform original work in our exciting Fall and Spring Hatchery Shows! Teachers are all professional dance artists with experience working with young dancers of all ages!
SCDT is proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between the Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by broadening accessibility to cultural programming.
