MODERN
Through the lens of modern/contemporary dance class, we will join together to celebrate our moving, expressive bodies. This playful class will explore rhythm, weight shifting, and release through dynamic age-appropriate movement sequences. Expect to sweat, laugh, jump, watch, listen, and DANCE in big bold ways.
