MODERN
This Modern dance class will emphasize freedom of movement and expression alongside technique. We will warm ourselves and practice full, unapologetic embodiment from the comfort and constraints of our own homes. Class will include phrasework, improvisation, and follow-along exercises to help us cultivate buoyant, adaptive bodies. We will sweat, stretch, and condition.
