6 Week Online Series: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30pm, January 25-March 1, 2022, facilitated by KJ Holmes

Participants must register for the full series.
**
No one turned away for lack of funds.
**Fees waived for BIPoC (Self Identified). Please email Jen at [email protected] to register.

This intensive 6 Tuesday evening Zoom workshop will be an experiential frame to enter the kinesthetic landscape of breath, the acoustic body of structures and the bones. We will explore and research tone/color/pitch and articulations of invisible vibrations through movement (dance) and sound (voice) through guided physical meditations, mediations and manifestations.

The classes will be an invitation to play the field/s of familiar and unfamiliar sensations, facts and fictions of personal expressions rendered through dance, voice and texts.

The classes will be both theoretical and experiential.

K.J. will guide as well as open up the frames.

All levels of experience are welcome. Must commit to all 6 classes.
