Drop-ins welcome; no props, special clothing, or previous experience necessary. Bare feet or socks. Come one time or for the full series to deepen your practice!

Andrea Olsen is a certified teacher of Holden Qi Gong and Embody Yoga. She has taught experiential anatomy for four decade, and is author of three books on the body: Bodystories, Body and Earth, and The Place of Dance with Caryn McHose. Qigong is an ancient medical practice, developed in China for health and longevity, and is particularly applicable to reducing stress and healing blockages in the body. You FEEL BETTER!
