Welcome to SCDT's Youth Program!
We have a few options for your favorite young dancers...

SCDT's classes are open to all levels of experience. 
No prior experience required! 
YOUTH PROGRAM WEEKLY SCHEDULE
All times Eastern Time (New York, NY)
TUESDAYS 
​starts Jan 10!
4-4:45PM CREATIVE MOVEMENT (for 3-6 year olds)
4:45-5:45 DANCE MAKING + TECHNIQUE 1 (for 7-9 year olds)


THURSDAYS
starts Jan 12!
4-5 PM DANCE MAKING + TECHNIQUE 2 (for 10-12 year olds)


SUNDAYS
​starts Jan 14!!
11-12 PM TEEN TECHNIQUE: Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop. Taught by a rotating group of teachers.

ONLINE SPRING 2021  
SPRING: MAR 29 - JUN 13, 2021 (10 weeks)  

SCHEDULE: 
MONDAY 4:30-5:30PM • HIP HOP (Ages 8-12)
TUESDAY 5:00-6:00PM • TEEN CONTEMPORARY TECHNIQUE (Ages 13+)

SPRING SESSION RATES:
​Sliding scale: $100-$250 per class
BIPoC Youth can choose to have their fee waived.

All classes will be held via Zoom. Creating an account is free and easy! Kids need some room to move, but even a small space will do.

Classes will NOT be held:
​April 19-25: Spring Break
MAY 1 - JUNE 8  •  6 WEEK SESSION

SCDT is starting back up with LIVE and IN-PERSON youth classes! 
SCDT classes are a fun and safe place to move your body, build community, express personal choice and have LOADS OF FUN!

COVID safety protocols will be strictly followed. Weather permitting, in-person classes will be held outside at Childs Park. Masks will be required of all participants and class sizes will be limited to allow for social distancing.
